Plus, the Summit County Rec Path is just across the road as well, offering abundant recreation opportunities in the summer months. You and your group are going to love this place!

Lake Forest Shoreview Condo is a beautiful ground-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s a fantastic choice for families and groups up to six. The living area boasts lots of natural light from large windows looking out to the lake and surrounding mountains. There’s plenty of seating to enjoy the view, as well as the large flat-screen TV, Roku, and gas fireplace. Just off the living area, there’s a large porch for relaxing outside.

The chef in your group will enjoy the full kitchen with everything needed to whip up great high-country meals, and there’s a dining table that seats four and room for two more at the counter. The Lake Forest complex also features community outdoor hot tubs and gas BBQ grills overlooking the lake. 

Other amenities include 1 private garage space and 1 outdoor space for a total of 2 parking spaces, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  •  No Pets / No Smoking.
  •  A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  •  Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
  •  Parking: 1 private garage space, 1 outdoor space - 2 spaces total.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It is centrally located between Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin ski areas. The town of Frisco is literally five minutes. Grocery store/Walmart close by as well. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The property was even nicer than the pictures depicted. The layout was very nice and furniture very comfortable to lounge on watching TV. It was also very nice that we had access to the garage for those cold, icy mornings. I would gladly try to rent again if we return to the area for our next ski trip

Great accommodation's, would definitely would stay here again. Unit was in a great location for all of the surrounding Ski resorts and the quaint little town of Frisco. The Unit itself was clean and accommodated a family of 4, with two teenaged sons. The kitchen was a little small, room for only 1 person at a time, and had to use the plunger a few times in the guest bathroom toilet. The roadways within the complex could use a better job with plowing the snow and walkways. The property management staff was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Overall, a very wonderful stay.

Very nice condo. Great view. Comfortable beds. Good (small) kitchen with decent plates, utensils, pans, supplies, etc. TV’s worked, no issues. Nice living room with great view of Dillon Reservoir. Small balcony / walkout patio, also with great views of the lake. Heat worked well; didn’t need AC ( no AC anyway). Some dresser drawers are fading. The toilets are small (American Standard Cadets, not elongated). Bottom line , we had a very nice 3-day stay. Location is convenient to Frisco and its Marina. Dillon is maybe 4 miles away; Breckenridge, an 8-mile drive. Lots of restaurants in Breckenridge.

Stayed in this Condo for 2 weeks and enjoyed our time there very much. The location is good for skiing and many other activities. The condo is well equipped, the beds and the furniture are comfortable. Summit Mountain Rentals are easy to communicate with and responsive.

Overall not bad at all. Beds are comfortable, TV, WIFI, dishwasher, coffee maker worked fine. Nice view. not that ideal: the microwave above the gas range did not work ( there was a small counter top model that worked) This is a first floor condo, but an entrance is at the 3-d floor level, so you need to go two floors down to get there

Stayed for a few days to ski some local resorts and it was the perfect location. Very close to all the resorts and avoided the major traffic jams. Good views. Large hot tubs. Fire place was easy to use and a fun amenity to have. Very comfortable and a fun place for two couples.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our two couples. Check in/out was super easy. The place was very clean and well furnished. Also worth noting, lots of hot water for thawing out after a day on the mountain. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Lake Forest 101B! The leather furniture is comfy, one chair did have a large rip in the arm. It is a first floor unit, so the tile floors are cold, carpet is showing some wear and tear. Kitchen was updated,nice appliances and plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking dishes. Great selection of television channels and the gas fireplace was nice, could open the doors getting additional heat. Hot water was plentiful and strong in the showers!
