Highland Greens TH80 is a large (2,000 square feet, sleeps nine) tri-level townhome that offers some of the best views in complex, three private decks and a hot tub. Upstairs, the spacious master suite offers privacy and luxury, with a beautiful private bath and deck. The main level is open and spacious, with plenty of seating, a large LCD-TV, gas fireplace, and a lovely deck area for relaxing, taking in the views and grilling up some dinner on the large gas grill. And just look at the full-sized kitchen: granite counters, GE appliances, the works! The dining table seats six, and there’s room for four more at the counter.

Downstairs, two more bedrooms and bathrooms offer plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. That’s also where you’ll find that hot tub after a long day on the slopes! Other amenities include a heated two-car garage (with additional driveway parking), a washer and dryer, and complementary Wi-Fi throughout the unit.

UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: king bed, in-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, LCD-TV, private deck, mountain views.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Den: twin trundle bed (pulls out into two twin beds).
  • Bathroom: shower.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 2: queen bed, twin bed.
  • Bedroom 3: two twin beds, LCD-TV.
  • Bedroom: tub/shower.
  • Bedroom: shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

  • No Pets / No Smoking.
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

Our Rental Property was beautiful, very clean and we loved it like a fairy tale so to speak! The Colorado experience, weather mainly with very little help on transportation,however stands to be the opposite of that as I had an accident at the turnabout at Breckenridge and was rudely asked by snow plower to move out of the road, people are trying to get thru.... I now am home as of the past saturday and my new vehicle with 3000 damage is still sitting in Denver and now I have to drive back. Last trip there without a professional setting us up on an easily assisted itenerary.

Enjoyed the property very much. Liked the location about halfway between Frisco and Breckenridge.Wonderful view of the mountains to the west and partial of the ski slopes to the south. While the unit was quiet the constant highway noise was a slight draw back. However, not enough for us not to stay again.

TH80 was exceptionally clean. Very nice furnishings. Well stocked kitchen. Nice room set-up. 2 bedrooms downstairs (QU/ TW in one and 2 TW in the other). Den/ Office on main floor with TW trundle beds. King master suite all the way up on the 3rd floor. Friendly neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Breck, Frisco, Dillon, etc.
