This lovely 4-bedroom + den, 4.5-bathroom premium home is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to 10 people. The living room welcomes you with a gas fireplace, a large 4K Ultra HD TV and plenty of seating. The chef in your group will love the fully equipped, high-end kitchen, complete with a Wolf Stove and a Subzero Fridge! There is room for six people at the kitchen table and another two at the breakfast bar. Downstairs, you’ll be pleased to find a big couch and a large LCD TV with surround sound, perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure in the mountains. UPPER LEVEL:

  • Master suite: King bed, private bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower.
  • Queen suite: queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, sloped low-ceiling closet that can be used as a sleeping nook with two twin mattresses for kids use only.

MAIN LEVEL:

  • Den: queen sofa sleeper.
  • Queen suite 2: queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower.
  • Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

LOWER LEVEL:

  • Bedroom 4: queen bed.
  • Bathroom: walk-in shower.

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ: 

  • No Pets / No Smoking. 
  • Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. 
  • A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
  • Parking: 1-car garage – 2 outdoor parking spaces. 3 spaces total.
  • No air conditioning. Fans are not stocked, but can be delivered upon request at no extra charge.

Nice house. Good location. Oddly poor setup for guests. Advertised a BBQ --- which there was --- but no propane tank, which makes cooking tough. No cooking supplies of ANY kind, not even salt and pepper, all of which you don't think to arrive with a 8:30 on a Friday night. All of this would have been ok if they had warned you in advance so you buy the stuff yourself.

The house worked perfectly for our family of 7. Lots of space for the kids to play and watch TV in the downstairs living room, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. A well furnished kitchen. The location is great. Less than 2 level blocks to the blue bus line which goes to Peak 9, an easy walk to Main St. and a nearby grocery store, etc.

I and 3 co-workers had a 5 day trip to Breckenridge. This house was awesome. We are execs in a large company and are accustomed to high end accommodations and this house did not disappoint. Easy parking, very clean, very large, 4 bedrooms with 4 baths and a man cave/home theater in the basement where we watched the Super Bowl. Only 4 blocks from main street so walking is easy. This one should be high on your list when considering places to stay.
