The home was beautiful. I would change the carpet to wood floors, fix the gas leak or smell, fix the drains and loft bathroom. It also needs dressers in bedrooms

We stayed at Creekside in 2012 and again this year. If we return to Frisco next year, we will definitely stay there. It is a great location and served our six member party well.

A fantastic week in Frisco

very nice residence, comfortable and clean.
Great place in Frisco
James A. from Fort Collins, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 31 Dec 2012)
A great location and very nice place for 9 people. We enjoyed it very much. However, the water heater is undersized for the house (only 35 gal.) and presents a usage problem. We lost all heat and hot water on our first day but the maint folks did a nice job of restoring all.
Ski week at Creekside
A Traveler from Chatham, IL, United States, (Reviewed on 24 Dec 2012)
We have rented for a December ski week in Frisco through Summit for several years, but this was our first stay at Creekside. It is a beautiful lodge home, and was just the right size for our family. Private setting in the woods by the creek, yet just a couple blocks` walk to main street. Highly recommend!
Beautiful home in a beautiful town
Karen U. from Stillwater, MN, United States, (Reviewed on 06 Nov 2012)
We had a small family reunion at the house. It was a perfect place to cook dinner and play games in the kitchen. My son who now lives in Colorado played his guitar in the living room and it sounded wonderful. We walked to the lake and around the town as well as took a quick drive up to Breckenridge. The house is just like the pictures and the creek was a sweet addition to the neiborhood location. Thanks
A Special Vacation

We have stayed in the Creekside Retreat once before. It really is a retreat. The location is wonderful. We walked to the Butterhorn for breakfast and/or lunch. We loved The Boat Yard, Tuscato`s and Vinny`s. They are all in walking distance. Main Street has lots of cute shops. We were across the creek from a great park and walking/biking trails. We had three different groups join us at different times. They ranged in age from 4 yrs. to 68 yrs. old and all had a great time. The staff at Summit Rentals was most helpful and always cordial. Any problems were handled in prompt fashion. There weren`t as many cooking utensils in the kitchen as there had been last year- steamer, hot pads, small bowls for dips and nuts etc. That sort of thing - nothing earth shattering just inconvenient. Other than that it was a perfect vacation location.

Beautiful home and great location!

Great vacation home and what a view! It had everything we were looking for. Also the property was as described and pictured - no bad surprises. We would definitely be interested in renting this home again.
It was the best

We looked at 45-50 rentals online and kept coming back to Creekside Retreat for its size, location, and setting. The upscale log exterior, interior, and decor (leather chairs, antler chandeliers and lamps, log beds) were important to obtaining the Rocky Mountain experience we wanted. The trees along the sides of the yard make it a very private setting; you barely even see the neighboring homes. The creek running through the back yard added a lot to the setting and our mountain experience. We enjoyed a wonderful week.
Great Vacation Home

We loved the location, it was nice to have a yard and be on the river. We also liked the short walk to Main Street. We were a party of 9 and there was plenty of room for everyone.
Frisco log home

The home is very lovely, well appointed and decorated. It was a small family group that was staying there and we were really looking forward to using the hot tub out on the patio. It was a major disappointment to find out the water was not heating. We only had the one night to use it so no time to tell maintenance until we checked out the next morning. For the price it made it disappointing. Manager responseSo sorry you were disappointed. Wee have an arrival hot tub service with every reservation. Even with that equipment can fail and unfortunately we had no time to react in your case. I hope you will return to Creekside again and experience it at its best.
Heaven in the Rockies

We loved everything about Creekside. I could walk downtown every morning for a paper and coffee, the grandkids skiied at Copper and dog-sledded in Breck. Wonderful week. We`ll be back.
A great get away!

Wonderful Memories

The home is lovely. The location is perfect. Our guests had a wonderful time. It was a very special vacation for us. The staff couldn`t have been nicer and were very helpful. They were a joy to deal with. We hope to return next year. One of our guests is a builder and he fixed the shower handle on the guest shower. My only complaint was that I would have liked the garbage to have been picked up more than once in 15 days.
Great location, the accommodations were just right for 5 adults and three children. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. We loved our stay at the Creekside Inn.

Beautiful home
A Traveler from Denver, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 04 Mar 2011)
Our group came from CO, MI, NY, and VA and was very happy with the accommodations. We`ve been staying in Breck for years, and this home may have convinced the group to look elsewhere to maximize their skiing options in the winter. The home was very clean, and bedding, furniture, and overall atmosphere was extremely comfortable. The hot tub malfunctioned while we were there but the property management company was very helpful and fixed the problem within 24 hours. We knew we weren`t staying on a resort property, but for Frisco, you can`t beat the location. Being two blocks from Main Street was great for walking to restaurants and other amenities.

A beautiful home in the perfect location sitting on a river, with all the shops and restaurants of Frisco a short walk away. The house is perfect: updated rustic, with a beautiful modern kitchen and chic bathrooms. We`ll be back!
