Mallard Court Review
Andrea B. from Boulder, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 04 Jan 2014)

The house was perfect for our family vacation in Frisco!
Early November skiing at its best
Herman G. from Verdi, NV, United States, (Reviewed on 15 Nov 2013)

We had a wonderful time in Summit County and in the Canny Lodge. Everything worked out better than expected and the rental staff was very helpful and friendly. The garage was most welcome for spreading out our ski gear and for tuning our equipment daily. For our group size of 10 Canny Lodge was a perfect match.
We really enjoyed our stay at Canny Lodge.
A Traveler from Colorado Springs, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 28 Aug 2013)

We planned on biking and kayaking, and with the garage for storage, we were able to have a full Summit County experience. I would suggest you check the plumbing in the "jack & jill" bath - leaking facet.

Manager response
Thank you for taking the time to comment upon your stay! The Canny Lodge is a beautiful unit and we appreciate your feedback—the faucet in the “jack and jill” bathroom is now working just fine and we hope you return soon.

We had such a great time. Nice location and beautiful home to stay 4 families.
nice house with convenient location in Frisco
Robert H. from Jackson, MS, United States, (Reviewed on 18 Mar 2013)
Nice, clean, house with good central family area.
Warm in winter time, not well stocked (washing powder, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, soap, toilet paper, etc) for the price paid.
Quiet location in heart of Frisco.

Manager response

Winter in Frisco
Robert A. from Silverdale, WA, United States, (Reviewed on 14 Mar 2013)
A group of us stayed at the Canny Lodge in February of 2013. Nice place with a few minor exceptions. Not a sharp knife to be found in the kitchen, door locks were in need of attention and the microwave needed to be replaced. I would stay there again.

Manager response
We appreciate your feedback and have addressed the items you mention, please come back and see us again soon.

Ski house in Frisco
A Traveler from Colden, NY, United States, (Reviewed on 14 Feb 2013)
The house in Frisco was a perfect location for our ski trip. It accommodated our group of 8 adults pretty good, Another queen bed as opposed to two twin bed rooms would have served us better. The sofa sleepers do need replacement. We loved and used the hot tub a lot. The open floor plan was great!
thanks for a great experience!!

T
Perfect for 2 families
A Traveler from Payton, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 27 Nov 2012)
This was a great location. It was secluded by trees and still close to town. The coffee pot was new and the cook ware was great as we cooked Thanksgiving dinner. This was the perfect home for 2 families. Both sets of parents had a king size bed and the fouur kids got their own twins. The only negative for our stay was the ice maker was really slow in producing ice for drinks. It was a great 4 night stay and would stay here again.
Plumbing issue
Donell M. from Parker, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 06 Sep 2012)
The house had a major sewer issue that basically rendered several of the toilets unusable with pooled toilet water on the floors and running down the hall. Thought management was very responsive and tried a temp fix (holiday weekend), that issue was a problem. Otherwise everything was very nice. The house has a good layout and plenty of room

Manager response
Thanks for your feedback--I am glad we were able to solve this issue quickly and help with your stay. This is a beautiful home and we hope you return soon.
Frisco Home Great for Spring Break

Family Ski Vacation
Michael C. from East Hamtpon, CT, United States, (Reviewed on 11 Mar 2012)
The house was in a great location to enjoy Frisco and the surrounding ski areas. The setting is private and the property was beautiful. We shared this with two families (4 adults & 3 older children and it was perfect.
Best Condo for a ski trip!
Jake M. from Colorado Springs, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 02 Feb 2012)
I`m definitely going back to this Condo again! It was great for a group who want to go skiing due to it`s proximity to Cooper Mountain and other ski resorts. It`s nestled the back of Frisco giving it that secluded feel. Best part was the big hot tub outside after a day`s skiing.
PERFECTION RENTAL, EVEN WITH LACK OF SNOW!
Annichen K. from Centennial, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 04 Jan 2012)
COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. EVERYTHING WAS ARRANGED FOR THE BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE STAY. BEAUTIFUL FACILITY WITH ALL
AMENITIES PROVIDED. (COULD HAVE USED ANOTHER DOZEN FORKS) WE WERE SO COMFORTABLE. WE WERE 12 PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, AND NOT CROWDED! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful Home - Excellent Location
Christine S. from Englewood, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 07 Jul 2011)
I took my family (8 of us) here for the 4th of July weekend. This house was perfect for us. Wonderful views, huge windows, great layout - the kitchen is wide open to the family room. Can`t wait to go back.

Amazing home in an amazing place!
A Traveler from Kansas City, MO, United States, (Reviewed on 17 Mar 2011)
We visited with a group of friends and had the best time ever. We were so close to Copper, and the town of Frisco was really fun. The house was incredible. Very nice, very clean, and spacious. If it`s available we all agreed this would be a great place to make an annual trip together with friends. I would recommend it without hesitation!

Great Place to Stay in Frisco, Co
Vicki K. from Witchta, KS, United States, (Reviewed on 09 Feb 2010)
The Canny Lodge was great! We had 11 people and it never seemed crowded. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. You do not need to worry about being cold, the condo has radient floor heat so you are always warm. It seemed like home to us, cable, internet, large couches, nice rooms. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow outside, and we could easily watch them from the kitchen. We will stay again at Canny Lodge next year.

Overall we had a very pleasureable experience. The house was in good condition, clean and had all the amenities you would hope for. Location in Frisco is always great for trips to various ski resorts. We would love to come back again. Check in/out process was easy and staff was more than accomodating.
Everything was great
A Traveler from Vienna, VI, United States, (Reviewed on 30 Jan 2009)
The home was clean and in the location we expected. We had one call to add water to the hot tub and the staff responded the next morning without a problem and even called later to ensure everything was ok.

We enjoyed our stay and would use Summit Mountain Rentals again.

A beautiful, comfortable home!

Great duplex in Frisco
A Traveler from Geneva, NB, United States, (Reviewed on 03 Dec 2008)
We enjoyed our stay at Canny Lodge. The duplex was very nicely decorated. It has an awesome master bathroom. There is plenty of space and it worked well for 8 people. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The location is great with a private wooded backyard; but yet close to main street and restaurants.
