All of our gold properties have been recently remodeled throughout.
The furnishings and design themes are sophisticated and high quality.
Gold units offer a luxurious retreat for your mountain vacation.

Silver
Our silver properties offer a more affordable lodging option.
These units are well maintained,
with older interior d'ecor themes and gently used furniture.
Silver properties are perfect for travelers looking for comfortable,
welcoming lodging without paying top dollar.

Bronze
These properties are clean and economical;
a good choice for price conscious travelers.
The furnishings are, for the most part, utilitarian and "no frills",
but still provide a comfortable setting
for your Colorado high country vacation.

My wife and I rented the unit for a quick summer weekend. Unit is very comfortable, lots of light, very nicely finished, well-stocked kitchen. Master bedroom is a little small, with bath across the hall. The upstairs loft bedroom has its own bath. Easy walk into town, hiking right outside the door. Great for 4, tight for 6 people. Not all units in this building have been updated, and not as nicely as this one.
