To ensure guest satisfaction, all of our properties are rated according to the guidelines below. Please ask your reservations agent if you have any questions regarding these ratings.

Luxury

Our luxury properties are some of the finest accommodations in Summit County. Unit furnishings and appointments are of the highest quality and typically the result of professional interior design. Custom details and accents enhance overall unit decor. These units are marked by superior layout, top-of-the-line kitchens and luxurious bathrooms. Luxury properties are sure to please even the most discriminating tastes - enjoy top-notch amenities, elegant accommodations and a world-class vacation experience.

Premium

Premium properties are upscale, well-appointed accommodations, typically featuring recent interior design updates or remodeling. These properties offer excellent quality in overall condition, amenities and furnishings, as well as top quality kitchens and bathrooms. Your stay will be more than just comfortable and convenient; you'll enjoy the truly relaxing feeling of home.

Deluxe

Deluxe properties offer special amenities beyond just a basic stay. These units are inviting, pleasant and tastefully decorated with some updated furnishings. Some units also feature updated kitchens and baths. Deluxe properties make for a unique and memorable vacation, and are priced for great value.

Moderate

Moderate properties offer a more affordable lodging experience. These units are clean and well maintained, but offer slightly older decor and sometimes more gently used furniture. Moderate properties are great for travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a moderate price.

Basic

Basic properties are clean, "no-frills" accommodations. The furnishings are, for the most part, utilitarian, but still offer a comfortable vacation experience. Basic properties meet our standards for quality and cleanliness, and are priced to meet the needs of budget-conscious travelers.

Guest Ratings & Reviews
Breckenridge Spring Break 2014
A Traveler from Winnetka, IL, United States, (Reviewed on 10 Apr 2014)

Tyra Chalet 127 is exactly as advertised, nothing fancy but clean and very comfortable. We were 6, two moms and 4 teenagers all with varying skiing abilities and we had a great time. From the hot tubs, the ski shop two doors from the unit, and the Snowflake lift across the street, it couldn`t have been more convenient. The price of the rental was very fair, we would rent again. Thank you
Great place to hit the slopes quickly!
A Traveler from Friendwood, Texas, United States, (Reviewed on 10 Feb 2014)

Love the ability to ski down to the condo and walk across the street to get on the lift. Easy access to the slopes, a comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed it and hope to be back next year!

Steve B. from Flower Mound, TX, United States, (Reviewed on 18 Mar 2013)

Nice place and great access. Very roomy with nice hot tubs right close by. Parked right by door and skied right up to within 20 yards of door. Walked about 50 yards to Snowflake lift, very easy.
Very Comfortable

Had a very nice time, right next to the Gondala
Everything was great, except
Gail L. from Thornton, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 06 Sep 2012)
Everything was GREAT, except the porch was dirty and very crowded with extra storage furniture, so there was no place to sit and realax and hear the water running down the stream. The chair pads were very dusty and there were a lot of leaves and dirt on the porch, BUT other than that the inside was perfect.
top location
A Traveler from Colorado Springs, CO, United States, (Reviewed on 03 Apr 2012)
location is super, odd furnishings, broken blinds and icemaker (which was repaired quickly by management), cooking facilities not great, but very clean. stay here if you don`t plan a ton of cooking and aren`t into interior design. good value and super close to lift and convenient walk to town.
Great Location
Kate D. from Victoria, Australia, United States, (Reviewed on 20 Feb 2012)
Great location, very comfortable accomodation. Ideally suited to families. Would definitely stay at Tyra 127 again and recommend to others.
a Family Trip
A Traveler from Wolcotville, IN, United States, (Reviewed on 14 Feb 2012)
We had a good time staying at this location. It was a short walk to the Snowflake lift and only a short distance to town.
Christmas Family Ski Vacation
Jim P. from North Wales, PA, United States, (Reviewed on 02 Jan 2012)
Location was great (ski in/out was perfect). Very close to the ski lift, convenient to ski rental shop and a reasonable walk to town. The chalet was well laid out. Nice TV, fire place, kitchen, rooms, etc.
We were unlucky with the hot tubs because a water boiler went down during our stay … we did get one day in the hot tubs and they are nice.
If you are looking for a place for 6 people (not 7), highly recommend you give this place a try.

We love Breckenridge:)

We were very happy with our stay at the Tyra Chalet. We had everything we needed and it was just right for 8 people. We hope to come again in the near future. Thanks!
