All of our gold properties have been recently remodeled throughout.
The furnishings and design themes are sophisticated and high quality.
Gold units offer a luxurious retreat for your mountain vacation.

Silver
Our silver properties offer a more affordable lodging option.
These units are well maintained,
with older interior d'ecor themes and gently used furniture.
Silver properties are perfect for travelers looking for comfortable,
welcoming lodging without paying top dollar.

Bronze
These properties are clean and economical;
a good choice for price conscious travelers.
The furnishings are, for the most part, utilitarian and "no frills",
but still provide a comfortable setting
for your Colorado high country vacation.

Great Unit, Great Location, Great Staff..

My friends and I had not been to Breckenridge before, so we did not know what to expect. The friendly staff at SMR were very helpful in finding the type of unit we needed in the location we desired. The Tamarisk condo we chose was just as promised. Clean, affordable, and close to the ski resort (Breck).

When we arrived we found the condo to be clean and very `cozy,` just like you`d imagine a winter ski home should be. We were very happy to find the free shuttle to Peak 9/Beaver Run was literally footsteps away from the Tamarisk. (the shuttle was a short 5-10 minute ride to the ski lift).

I would definitely recommend SMR and the Tamarisk to travelers interested in a clean, affordable condo in Breckenridge.

The place was really clean and nice. The lock was kind of hard to open that or I don`t know how to open it correctly but I would come back and make recommendation to friends.
Summit Mountain Rentals is greatness.

We stayed in Tamarisk 304 and everything was great. There are only a couple of things that would have enhanced our stay a little bit; not being on the 3rd floor, being a shorter distance to the ski area, and the condo should have basic things like spices, condiments, foil, etc. Overall, though, it was a very nice place to stay and the people at Summit Mountain Rentals were absolutely the best thoughout the whole process. We will definately stay at a propoerty managed by Summit Mountain Rentals again.
