This 5 bedroom + loft town home has some of the best views in Breckenridge. From the balcony you have panoramic views of the Peaks of Breckenridge. And the access to skiing is unrivaled. Simply walk down the stairs and follow the path to access intermediate skiing on Peak 9 and 10. After a long day of skiing, gather around the wood burning fireplace in the spacious living room. There is also a TV, DVD player and stereo system. Or, if you prefer, relax in the private indoor hot tub in the solarium. There is a shower stall in the solarium also.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the family. Adjacent to the kitchen in the dining area, which seats up to 10 with two additional bar seats.

Upstairs, the master suite is spacious and features a second wood fireplace. It has a king bed and private bath with a large jetted tub. Up half a flight of stairs, bedroom 2 has a set of bunk beds and 1 twin with a great view of slopes and perfect for kids. The loft area has another set of bunk beds and two twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the top floor and each have a queen bed with a sink/vanity. The loft and bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share a bathroom on main floor hallway. Downstairs, bedroom 5 has a queen bed with a private bath.

Enjoy mountain living in this home situated perfectly to the ski slopes of Breckenridge. Complimentary WIFI in unit.

Charcoal BBQ on deck. A 10 minute drive gets you to Main St. Breckenridge with many shops and restaurants.

Stairs outside the townhouse to access slopes.

Not recommended for beginner skiers for ski-in/out access from Peak 10 Falcon Chair. Expert skiers can access Peak 10 trails via short walk from house.

2 car garage (1 large, 1 small) parking only. Extra cars must park in Town's overflow parking by the ice rink ($5/nightly fee charged by Town).

Nice Place - Little Inconvenient

Overall, the property was nice. The house was in great condition, the hot tub, sauna, fireplaces and rooms were very well maintained. My family really enjoyed the extra amenities.

The only negative things I noted were that the king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed upstairs were not made when we arrived and there were no extra bedding for either. The management company was very polite and quick to respond (twice) with sheets, however after calling twice, we never did get king size bedding (comforter) for the master bedroom and had to sleep with regular blankets instead.

The location has great views, however the house is not on the free shuttle service route as indicated. Each trip into town required driving and paying local parking fees.

If you are looking for a place to curl up and read a book while looking out the window, this is a nice place. If you have small children that you need to get back and forth to the slopes, you might want something a little closer.

Wonderful townhouse. My 3 1/2 year old grandson slept atop a bunk bed (his request) and was thrilled. Mgment company responded immediately (no keypad or remote for garage door). Microwave died and new unit installed next day. Hot tub service excellent. Wonderful town, wonderful restaurants, wonderful people.
