**Remodel completed in March 2012 - entire main level completely remodeled, brand new kichen, hardwood floors, new TV system!

Great large house for families and groups at affordable price! Private hot tub and pool table for entertainment!

Five bedroom private home nestled among seventy-foot tall pine trees in Warrior's Mark West. Only a short walk to the Arapahoe National Forest and several Nordic ski trails. Occasional moose sighting from the house!

The living room features soft brown leather sectional sofa facing a recessed 52", big screen HD TV/HD DVD and stereo system. Sliding patio doors give access to private deck with hot tub and views of the Peak 10 ski area.

Adjacent to the living room is a separate dining room with table that seats 12. Two bar stools at kitchen bar next to dining room. The large rec room in garden level has bar-sized pool table, two bar tables with bar stools and a TV/DVD.

Upstairs, outside the bedrooms, is a family room with a big screen 45" TV with DVD player. From their, a short walk up the stairs leads you to a narrow loft with futon seating to soak up the sun and enjoy views of Breckenridge ski slopes.

Master bedroom has a king bed and trundle (two twins) with a private bath, located upstairs. In the upstairs family room is a queen sleeper sofa. On the main level, there is a second bedroom with a king bed and trundle (two twins) and private full bath. Third bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Fourth bedroom has a king bed and private bath on the lower level with fifth bedroom that has two sets of bunks and full bed with a private bath.

You will enjoy the oversized two-car garage, laundry facilities, spacious decks with gas BBQ grill, beautiful view and only a six minute drive to town.

Drive to slopes. Expert skiers can access Peak 10 Falcon Chair slopes via short walk from house.

17 of us spent four days in July based here: close to mountain hikes and the National Repertory Orchestra. The advertised hot tub and pool table, as well as the big dining table we saw in the good online pix, all turned out to be assets for our 17-person party. Very good experience.

Excellent space for those who need it!

There are an abundant amound of beds located throughout the house and definitely plenty of bathrooms. The water pressure was questionable in one bathroom, but all the others bathrooms were great!

the kitchen is well equipped with 2 crock pots, a blender, several pots, a griddle, etc.

the house is located on the slope of a mountain and to get to the lifts, you need to drive back down the mountain and into town. The drive is not bad, but I would definitely recommend renting a vehicle with 4WD as the driveway is up a slope and pretty long.

There are several sleds in the garage to use, as well as a grill to cook on. The hot tub is great! There is no shortage of things to do, although, I would recommend that a few more board games be added to the repetoire of The Game of Life and Risk.

Overall, it was an amazing experience and we would definitely rent this house again!
