This condo is one of the best value Breckenridge vacation rental locations in town and definitely, within Peak 8 Village. It is away from the streets, offers views of the ski slopes and only one story walk up to the top floor condo with vaulted ceilings and a quiet mountain setting. Enjoy the birds, tranquility and sunshine from the deck. The condo is on Free Ride shuttle route and only one stop away from the Peak 8 Base.

Peak 8 Village is the perfect location for a family or group looking to find a cozy and affordable vacation rental in Breckenridge. This particular condo has been completely renovated and upgraded with luxury finishes throughout. You will be pleasantly pleased upon entering!

Spacious kitchen featuring all new appliances – stainless steel refrigerator, dish washer, range and microwave and heated floors (what a treat). Cozy living area with a brand new wood burning fireplace (wood not provided), flat screen TV and well appointed premium furnishings. The bedrooms are located down the hallway from the living room.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Second bedroom has two twin bunk beds and shares a hallway bath. There is a sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps 8 people.

Complimentary WIFI available.

Other amenities include access to central laundry and ski locker next to the unit. There is a common grill for complex located in court yard. Limited lot parking. Car suggested for evening trips to town. Non-smoking. Approximately 875 sq. ft.

Besides downhill skiing, Peak 8 Village condos are located very close to cross country skiing in Breckenridge Nordic Center, hiking and biking trails.

Hands down by far exceeded my expectations. What a great apt.with all the amenities you could think of. Extremely well kept with a nicely modern decor.Great location to the slopes with only one bus stop just outside the property. When back in Breckenridge will stay again over and over.

We were traveling with people who were staying in Christie Heights so the location was good for us. The condo was fine for 4 people but 6 might have been tight. The check in and check out processes were easy. The furnishings and decor seemed much nicer than other units in the same property. We would stay there again.
