Looking for affordable luxury with views in a great location? Look no further and stay at the 2 bedroom/2 bath penthouse condominium at The Corral. Our corner unit is located on the top floor (elevator access) of the South Range building. Enjoy the rustic log and moss rock exteriors and the fine granite finishes of the interior, combined with supreme views of the Breckenridge Ski slopes from your private deck.

Open living room with vaulted ceiling features a gas log fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR and cabinet filled with movies for your viewing pleasure. Next to living room, the attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware and dinnerware. Equipped with in-floor radiant heating, each room has its own thermostat control. Full size washer/dryer in the laundry room off the hallway.

Master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom with a 6-jet Jacuzzi tub with shower. Second bedroom has two bunk beds (4 twin beds) with TV/DVD player, perfect for kids gathering. The living room has a queen sofas sleeper. Unit sleeps 6-8 maximum occupancy.

Each building in the complex has elevator access, shared hot tub in each building and access to fitness center and sauna located in the West Building. Corral Conference Room provides meeting space for groups up to 175 (additional rental fee apply).

1 car heated garage plus 1 additional car allowed in open lot parking.

The Corral is located just off the Main Street (corner of Main & Broken Lance Drive), near the south end of town, directly across the street from the Breckenridge Ice Rink. Just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants in the historic downtown Breckenridge, The Corral is also close to the Peak 9 Base. About a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super 6 Chairlift or a free shuttle bus stop at the corner outside the complex, half block away.

Corral was a cozy, warm mountain home. Great lay out and a wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed the location- close to town and the slopes.

First Time to Breckenridge!

We absolutely would recommend this property! The condo has amazing views from every room being on the 3rd floor and is located on the south end of town so you are super close to all the free shuttle services but you still get the feeling that you are out away from the busy hustle of being in town. The condo had everything we needed and was well furnished and exceptionally clean! The only thing that would have improved our experience is if we would have had a private hot tub...we decided going down and back up two floors to get the shared hot tub in the snow sounded like a cool experience but then on second thought..nah! We definitely would rent this property again and the rental staff were very accommodating and helpful!
