Quandry Peak overlooks the property from the south. This home features custom granite counter tops, a large front deck with gas grill, floor-to-ceiling windows, with solar window coverings in the living room and kitchen, with fabulous mountain and forest views. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace and a 56" flat screen TV. The large dining area has slate floors with a table that seats 10. The entire house has radiant heated floors.

The main level features the master bedroom with a king-size bed and small private deck. The master bath has a jetted jacuzzi tub and granite counter tops. A powder room and a laundry room are also on the main level.

The upstairs features a queen-size suite with TV, and a loft sitting area with computer desk and complimentary WIFI internet service. It also has a private bath.

The large family room is downstairs with a game table, TV and wet bar. Also downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and LCD TV and the other with two Captain's bunks (full bed bottom and twin on top) and a shared bath between.
