A little outdated BUT GREAT LOCATION!!!
A Traveler from United States, (Reviewed on 15 Apr 2013)
This condo was clean, a little outdated BUT it was in the BEST location! It was about a 5 minute walk to town/slopes! Check in went smoothly and the staff was very friendly and informative!
A great time

This is the second time we have rented this apartment and it was once again perfect for us. Staff at Summit were most helpful as always. We will be back next year.
Great, reasonable priced location.

I recently stayed at Asgard House. Although there are certainly nicer properties available in Breckenridge, this unit met and exceeded all of my expectations. It was reasonably priced, convenient (6 to 7 min walk) to base of Peak 9, and just across the street from a Free Ride Shuttle stop. I thoroughly recommend Asgard House for a clean, convenient, well-maintained, property to consider for your stay in Breck. I also highly recommend Summit Mountain Rentals for any of your property management needs, services, and expertise in the Breckenridge area.
Ski trip

Two small issues. The key anf lock were very difficult on door. It took us a while to get in the first time. Mainly the top lock. Second maybe there is a better way to do late check ins. We arrived around midnight while it was snowing and very cold and the combo lock was difficult to get right. Of course I am from Arizona and my hands were probably colder than most:). Just some suggestions. Overall a great experience! Thanks
Manager responseThank youu for brining the key and late check in issues to our attention. We are taking action on both.
Comfortable and close to lift

Comfortable condo close to Quicksilver chair (but it is a bit of a hike in ski boots!) Furnishings etc. are comfortable but a little dated (not necessarily a bad thing--just depends what you are looking for.)

Very helpful staff with all the questions that I had. The property was perfect for my husband and I and two children. The kitchen was great, we saved alot of money by cooking in. Close to peak 9 where my son was taking ski lessons and right by main street.

A few words about Asgard Haus unit 502
My S. from United States, (Reviewed on 11 Apr 2010)
We really enyojed staying at Asgard Haus! Fantastic location to a reasonable price. The only thing that wasn`t fantastic was the heating system, sometimes it got really hot in the bedroom and then it was hard to get the temperature at a good level. And the dishwasher, it didn`t clean the dishes very well. But overall, the stay was very nice. I would like to say thanks to Mary who managed the reservations for me and my parents! Manager responseMy, thank you for taking time to give us your feedback. Both the heating system and the dishwasher has been serviced, it should be perfect if you`d like to return to Asgard next year - Mary
