The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV with soundbar that’s great for watching the game or your favorite shows. You’ll love the wood fireplace too! A large sliding glass door provides plenty of natural light and leads to a balcony with superb views of Mount Royal and the surrounding peaks. The full kitchen has white quartz countertops and everything you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

This property is in a fantastic location just off of Mainstreet in Frisco. Super close to everything but also in a quiet area to wind down on the deck afterwards with a view of the mountains. Entire downtown area and the marina was walkable within 5-10 minutes max. Several trailheads within walking distance. A lot of great restaurants and bars. The unit includes a parking space in a heated garage, big plus. The unit itself was clean, well stocked toiletries, linens, kitchen equipment all clean and high quality. It is very well laid out. It is a smaller space but they really maximize it. Management company communicated well - they checked in on us via text during the stay and were available for questions or assistance. Only critique is that this listing states it includes a hot tub however we didn't learn until the day before leaving for our trip that the hot tub is only available seasonally from November to April per the HOA rules so it was not available for us to use. But would stay here again.

This condo was a little smaller than I figured it would be, not a problem though. It had two pull out bed’s perfect for four people! If you do plan to bring more than 4 or a family. There isn’t a lot of room for luggage or anything you belong. It has a small closet space to put stuff on but other than that it’s not very luggage friendly. I put the bed up everyday so we had a little eating area with a nice table the condo host supply’s. The bathroom is very clean and fresh towels. And a laundry room right around the corner for any needs like that. I have no negative thoughts on this condo I stayed at for a week. The staff was very friendly and responsive. I give this a 9/10 for a stay. I don’t give it a full 10 just because of the limited room I was giving but it was a ski trip so that’s more gear than normal.

I really enjoyed my stay and loved how close it was to town and easy access to get on the highway to go to other towns. It was clean and spacious and easy to find. Parking spots are very snug for SUVs but loved having covered parking.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, just a block from downtown. Coming from sea level in The Bahamas, where we live, to the high altitude was quite a shock to the system, but we soldiered on! Thank you, hope we’ll be back. We give it a 5 overall.

First time renting with SMR. Major hiccup was the check-in process. No one was at the Frisco office to help with check-in at 4:20pm. Called number posted on door and was told to check my email. Checked email, nothing. Called back and was sent email with instructions. Went back to office to find that lockbox battery was dead. Another group called SMR and was told to wait for a callback that never happened. Called again after 20 minutes and basically spent 1.5 hrs at empty office before a very courteous SMR person arrived to unlock lockbox for us to sign paperwork. Minor issues with unit: allergic to feather pillows, found 2 other synthetic pillows but had to use extra flat sheets as clean pillowcase substitutes. Moved coffee table to make room for luggage and was very obvious no one had vacuumed underneath it. Pulldown bed was surprisingly comfortable, but lack of a permanent table and chairs was a bit awkward. Outlet on one side of pulldown bed wasn't working. Appreciated the full-sized fridge/freezer. Indoor parking spot was a great bonus because of all the snow; parking space was tight, but we still managed to safely squeeze in a Toyota 4Runner without a scratch. Keyless entry for building and unit made check-out by text convenient. Overall a comfortable unit that we'd potentially rent again through SMR if available; we've stayed in 2 other units in Cedar Lodge before and really like the location.

This was the perfect little place for 2 people. It was very efficient - compact with lots of space for storing clothes. It has great shelves for phone charging, nice big couch, and efficient little kitchen. It is within walking distance to every place you would want to go in Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.

The door entry system is old and fussy. I was surprised to see that the bed pulled down from the wall. I probably would not have rented it if it were disclosed. If it were disclosed, it was not obvious to me.

The home itself was clean, modern, up to date. We only had a couple suggestions. This really should only be for 2 people max. At least for me, pulling the mattress out of the sofa got old. Maybe change out the rug or no one vacuumed, I came out with a lot of lint and dirt on my clothes from the floor. There isn't much space to put the cushions other than going to the closet. Would recommend you have condiments in your pantry and firewood there already for your guests. I would still recommend this place easy.

Perfect for a couple skiing Copper Mountain. This condo is so smartly outfitted--everything you need has its place so doesn't feel cluttered. Modern and clean. Bathroom is surprisingly spacious. Love all the hooks for hanging parkas, helmets, etc. Comfortable couch. Bed not the most comfortable but it's ok. Enjoyed the hot tub in the lobby of the building. Great location: walk to Frisco shops and restaurants and nearby Summit Shuttle stop to Copper Mountain.

My husband and I actually own a unit in the same building, but ours was rented and we wanted to stay overnight after skiing. The unit was well furnished, and arranged to maximize the use of the small space. If we needed to rent a unit in addition to our own so we could bring guests to the area, we would definitely consider this one. The only minor complaints I have are that check in is a bit more elaborate than our unit (we provide guests a check-in code via email, and we had to actually go to a separate building to sign papers and get a code for this unit), and I've also been asked to review the property by two separate entities. Neither of these would prevent me from renting the unit in the future, but just a minor annoyance.

My 2 boys and I stayed here for a week while they attended ski camp at Copper Mountain. The studio was well located and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen (albeit small) was well-equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and furnishings were perfect for the space. Also, the indoor parking was key when the snow arrived! Would definitely stay here again!!

This place is accurately photographed and found the bed very comfortable. The only disappointment was the hot tub and the jets didn't work as they should. Had everything we needed including some left over fire wood. Clean and well kept, would stay again.
