Atrium Condo’s is a spacious deluxe condo that’s perfect for groups of up to ten people. With two master suites and plenty of sleeping options, it’s a great choice for two families to share. You’ll love the location, too: the ski area shuttle stops right outside the complex, and it's just two blocks to all the dining, shopping and entertainment of historic Main Street Breckenridge!

Vaulted ceilings and plenty of light give this unit an open, spacious feel. On the main level, the living area features a floor-to-ceiling cobblestone gas fireplace and large LCD TV — it’s just the place to relax after a long day on the slopes for drinks, conversation and a favorite movie. There’s even a balcony and gas grill right outside the patio door. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for whipping up dinner and snacks, with seating for six at the table and 4 more at the bar. The queen master suite is also on this level, as well as another bedroom with two twin beds.

Just up the spiral staircase is the loft and large king master suite with a full private bath. The loft area has two twin beds for extra sleeping flexibility. There’s complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the complex, as well as an underground heated garage, complimentary Wi-Fi, ski storage and laundry facilities. Guests can also enjoy a shared patio with gas grills and a large community hot tub.

Very friendly staff. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels and soap and everything we would need. Everything in its place and tidy. Perfect location from town. Bus stop right outside for mountain access. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space inside. Highly recommended!

We were semi satisfied with the condo at first, that was until we started looking around. Over the week we started noticing some issues but we thought the condo was an older condo and showed some wear and tear which we thought just came with an older unit. The first thing we noticed was the sliding door was very hard to open and close, then the main bathroom rug in front of the sink was extremely dirty. So dirty in fact that i didn't want to stand on it barefoot. we thought it probably had not been washed in months! The real clincher was when we returned home we received an email stating we were going to be charged for an iron burn mark on the night stand in one of the bedrooms.We noticed the mark as soon as we entered the room, but just assumed with the age of the unit that was the way things were. Another thing to add to the broken list.We were shocked to see someone lacked so much common sense that they would put a hot iron on wood furniture. Another nail in the coffin was the dismembered vacuum cleaner. The wheel was off, along with several other pieces that were just lying in the closet. When we told them we didn"t even use an iron the whole time we were there they asked why we didn't report it, like it was our job to report everything that was wrong in the condo. They also said that they had 2 inspectors and also the maid service go through the unit and no one reported it! Very scary!!!!!!!! We wondered if they even bothered changing the sheets!!!!!! So that's why I say BEWARE!!!!! I wonder how many times they try pulling this on people and how much money they have made on that burn mark!

This was a very nice place. The setup was great for hanging out with friends and it was very warm and cozy for the cold days -- especially with the fireplace. The check in and check out process were both easy and well described in the written instructions. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was very friendly and was happy to help with everything.
