according to the guidelines below.

White Cloud is a line of private homes.
Some homes may be more luxurious than others.
Each unit is well appointed and includes a private hot tub.

Gold
All of our gold properties have been recently remodeled throughout.
The furnishings and design themes are sophisticated and high quality.
Gold units offer a luxurious retreat for your mountain vacation.

Silver
Our silver properties offer a more affordable lodging option.
These units are well maintained,
with older interior d'ecor themes and gently used furniture.
Silver properties are perfect for travelers looking for comfortable,
welcoming lodging without paying top dollar.

Bronze
These properties are clean and economical;
a good choice for price conscious travelers.
The furnishings are, for the most part, utilitarian and "no frills",
but still provide a comfortable setting
for your Colorado high country vacation.

Housekeeping

Our goal is to make everyone money. Our primary emphasis is Web-based marketing through Summit Mountain Rentals’ Web-site, search engines, pay-per-click listings, and individual Web pages for each unit. We continually research and implement new means of marketing in order to maximize everyone’s return on investment. This includes:

• Advertising in select publications
